Clicking 'Buy it Now' adds an item to a cart. You can add multiple items to your cart.
When you have finished shopping, clicking either 'Proceed to Checkout' or the 'Cart' button (top right) will take you to the review page. You can remove items from your cart here. From here click 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete the purchase. There is a four step process on checkout:
Name and email address. A correct email address is important. Your invoice, shipment tracking number, etc will be sent to this address.
There is an option to create an account. Creating an account by entering a password will group and store all of your purchase invoices on our server. You can log in any time to review or download any of your invoices. Creating an account will also allow you to store multiple shipping addresses identifiable by a nickname.
Enter your address and phone number. It is important to enter only the address you will have the goods shipped to. Adding two address, eg a P.O. Box and a physical address confuses things greatly and will delay shipping.
Our server will group all of your items to one package combining shipping. Here you can also add any comments to your order.
Australia Post has a maximum shipping weight of 22kg nationally and 20kg internationally. If the total weight exceeds these limits then you can either create two carts (purchases) or call us for a combined shipping quote. Clicking the Circle D logo at the top of the page will return you to our home page. From here you can click the 'Cart' button (top right) to remove any items from the cart.
We accept the following payments:
- Visa and Mastercard. You will be directed to a secure payment page to provide payment. Once payment has been provided successfully, you will be returned to our store. Your Tax Invoice and a confirmation will be sent to you by email. Our sever does not store credit card information. COOKIES MUST BE ENABLED.
- Bank Wire (Direct Deposit). You will receive an email containing your Tax Invoice and our bank details. Your goods will be shipped once we receive payment in our bank.
- Pay by Phone. Call us with your credit card details. You will receive an email containing your Tax Invoice, a summary of your purchase and our phone number.

Businesses requiring a quote to forward to their purchasing department, follow the above steps selecting either Bank Wire or Pay by Phone. Our website will send you an invoice and payment details in PDF format which you can forward to your purchasing department. There is no commitment to buy, the order will cancel after one week.
Daily orders received prior to 8pm Western Australia time are booked for next working day collection. Australia Post collect these orders between 8am and 12pm from our location 6056 which is within the express zone. Express delivery times will vary dependent on your location.
